AFTER A CONSULTATION, WE WILL DEEP DIVE INTO KEY EXERCISES AND TECHNIQUES, where i’ll be providing hands-on adjusts and feedback every step of the way. the sessions will be structured based on your level AND GOALS, so THat you can TAKE YOUR NEW-FOUND KNOWLEDGE, CONTROL and confidence into group or online classes.

We will begin by going through key movements and techniques — mastering the pelvic tilt/correct core alignment and how to breathe during exercise. I will coach you to confidence so you can walk into a gym or studio setting feeling like a bad b**tch.

Advanced programming— so moves that are a little more creative and extremely challenging for your strength, balance and mobility. If you’re looking to go down the weight-training route, we will weave the creative sequencing with base moves with heavier weights (maximum reps 8-12).

It can be, but it doesn’t need to be! We will discuss your goals in the consultation and create sessions that align.

After you’ve filled in the form to give me the juicy deets, a 20-min Zoom consultation will be arranged where we’ll talk through your requirements and I will outline how I can help you. I will send over an email proposal after the call with a booking link and you will use this to pay and book if you feel it’s the right fit.

This can be on a gym floor or we can use a studio that I work for (BLOK, Waking Dreams, etc.) Where we choose will be based on your fitness goals, and won’t come at any additional cost for you.
