It is my mission to help people that love electronic music and clubbing to ENJOY exercise. The benefits of a regular movement practice are endless — improved confidence, mental clarity, reduced anxiety and depression, and hundreds of physical benefits for a longer and more fulfilled life. I sequence my classes so that you can achieve a flow state as you sweat, which like a meditation, gives your mind a break from the stresses of everyday life to work towards equilibrium. It’s a no-brainer, a total game-changer, and I can’t wait to share this with you.

I’ve experienced what it feels like to feel like my body wasn’t enough, and exercised for the wrong reasons. These are hard habits to break from, but the transition happened for me when i found a movement practice that made me thrive. a non-punishing practice that made me feel good during the movement, not just because i got through a workout. I will hold a space for you to explore your body with a non-judgemental and non-military approach. I will encourage that you listen to the sensations you feel as you move and adapt to suit your body. Since qualifying in early 2019, I have helped hundreds of people achieve their fitness goals and move safely and with purpose. I understand that every BODY has a unique experience of how exercises feel, and am here to listen to you, educate and motivate you towards a total-body strength that makes YOU feel 10000/10 ☻

  • I adopt an extra-friendly coaching approach that motivates you to work hard and achieve your goals but listen to your own body and needs. You won’t hear me telling you to go faster or choose harder weights — these are decisions you can make for yourself if your body calls for it. I am there to motivate you, encourage and guide you through how to do the exercises in the most effective way.

  • The focus in my programmes and in my language towards exercise is about shifting the focus to all of the non-aesthetic benefits of movements. I don’t believe it’s wrong to have aesthetic goals, but shifting towards how our movement makes us feel is a healthier approach to staying motivated.

  • Every space that I hold will make every single individual feel equal. Every single one of you is welcome in my classes and I can’t wait to meet you.
