If you’re looking to upskill your lifting technique in a big way and learn lots about your body along the way, you’re in the right place. At a fraction of the cost of a 1-1 PT session, I am offering Group PTs for small groups of 5 to help you build a stronger body and feel confident as hell in a group fitness setting. This is an amazing opportunity for those that feel they need an extra helping hand but don’t have the $$$ for regular PT sessions.
We will workshopping and working through key movements and techniques for weight lifting. We will work at a slow and steady pace to give myself the space to give everyone plenty of individual help, feedback and personal drills to work on before the next session.
Instead of drop in sessions, this Group PT offering must be booked in a x4 block. Doing it this way will benefit you more than drop in sessions as I will learn your strengths and weaknesses in order to help you better. The 4 weeks of classes will be structured progressively, with each week building on the previous. You will get to know your group, which I think will be great as it will make you feel more at ease.
There will be a form with the booking confirmation that will give me the chance to learn more about where you’re at before you get started.

These workshops are aimed at 1) Beginners to the fitness world who want to start from scratch and learn the basics in depth or 2) Intermediate participants who want to nail perfect form on key movement patterns. Kettlebell Strong — Wednesday’s 4-5PM at Waking Dreams, E8 3PE. Full instructions on finding the studio will be sent out with your confirmation email when you book your spot.
First session is April 3rd and these run every Wednesday.

£100 for 4 classes (£25 per session).
Booking the spot on April 3rd will cover 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th of April. Booking the spot on the 1st of May will cover the 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd of May.

You are able to cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before the first session takes place. To do this, scroll to the bottom of your confirmation email and click the ‘Cancel’ button. If this is done less than 24 hours before the first session takes place, your booking will not be refunded. Any missed sessions are not refundable. As I request that participants book this offering in a block, I hope you can understand why refunding participants for missed sessions would really impact business—I wouldn’t have any means to fill the missed session with another participant. Thanks for understanding.
