  • Most of the equipment used in these classes can be swapped for something you’re able to find at home or you can try without. Once you’re into the swing of it, I would highly recommend purchasing a soft ball, a light resistance band and light weights (1kg-1.5kg max), which are pretty inexpensive.

    ☻ Mat

    ☻ A chair ideally but most exercises can be done with any surface

    1kg or 1.5kg hand-weights (tinned food, small bottles of water filled up works ok for this!)

    ☻ 3kg+ weights for the Strength classes (great for in the gym when you’ve got a larger selection of weights)

    A soft ball (rolled up shower towel or folded cushion)

    ☻ A light-medium resistance loop

  • I couldn’t recommend this enough! Often when you go public classes or are working through a programme at the gym, routines will be repeated. It is super beneficial to do this because you can monitor your progress in a more tangible way. If you don’t feel ready for the next level up, deffo give this another go. You could try adding more resistance such as slightly heavier weights (no more than 0.5-1kg) and a light resistance loop or light ankle weights if you didn’t use the first time through.
